The Greater New Britain Arts Alliance works on behalf of 35 arts
organizations and individual artists in the New Britain area. GNBAA also
has over 130 individual, household, and business members who support the
work by their financial contributions and cooperative efforts. If you

The GNBAA�s
provides coordinated advocacy for the arts by its active involvement
with many other organizations including the New Britain Chamber of
Commerce, the New Britain Downtown District Commission, New Britain
Marketing Collaborative, the New Britain Commission on the Arts, Central
Connecticut State University, Vision New Britain, the Connecticut
Commission on Culture and Tourism, and the Mayor�s Office and the Common
Council of the City of New Britain. The GNBAA maintains close ties with
the New Britain Connecticut Legislative delegation and represents the
interests of the Arts in the New Britain area to state and national
leaders and organizations.
Highlights
for 2005 � 2006 included:

Substantial increase in the attendance at our Another Fridays and
holding them for the first time at the Youth Museum, the Copernican
Observatory and Planetarium at CCSU, Hole in the Wall�s new theater,
and South Church
